I work out all the time, but now that I'm over 50, it's getting harder to to my old routine, and I'm sore all the time. I remember I could workout 1-2hours a day and be fine the next day! WTF? I'm trying to change my routine, but I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with this?

I hear ya. It's like I have to do more exercise just to stay the same! I've checked out a few programs, but not a lot of them seem to be aimed at older guys. I'm working more on diet control, because I've been told that's even more important than exercise. We'll see.

Hi Paul. Look for the Manopause 15 x 15 x 15 Home Workouts here. 15-minute workouts 3 to 4 times a week backed up by good eating habits can get the job done.
