OBX55 Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 Two apps I use...the Peloton digital app has meditation classes for morning, during the day, and going to sleep. 5, 10, 15 minute sessions. Another app is Unplug meditation which also has some great sleep meditations. That's my biggest issue is shutting down my mind when I want to sleep.
